Impromptu Project night

Tonight Rich wanted to do a project as a visual motivator for employees at work.  I suggested we fancy it up using my Cricut.  So, Rich asked the kids to help (any reason to push buttons on the Cricut) and it morphed into everyone doing their own poster!  Here are the results.  (Cole just cut out a few things; he got a little sidetracked by Blues Clues for a while).
