PICTURES!

I take this time of year (around Cole's birthday) to take his pictures, along with group pics of all three kids....

In other news, I'm loner-parenting this week and while it comes with its challenges (policing the bickering, Will's emotional state due to dad's absence, how to divide bedtime reading time), I have definitely learned what works and what doesn't.  Here's a tip - offering treats at night that aren't usually had (popcorn last night, ice cream tonight) in exchange for extreme cooperation can work wonders to increase morale!
