The Weekend

Sunday, September 12, 2010
It was a nice weekend!  Each big kid got something fun and separate to do (Will - a bowling birthday party for a friend on Saturday and Paige - a 1st time playdate on Sunday) and then we attended a Rotary sponsored family polo match on Sunday afternoon.  Actually, we didn't stay for the polo match as it was starting late, but the kids got to jump in jump houses (yea germs!), climb on firetrucks/ambulances, have treats and see the horses.  FUN!
Will - with excellent form bowled a 54!

I would also like to highlight Cole again.  He's just at the great age where setting up surveillance cameras would be a good idea to catch every hilarious happening.  Tonight when he was supposed to be in bed, Paige came and told me he may have wandered in her room.  I went in his room and asked him what he needed and he said, "You."  More hugs and kisses ensued and he informed me that I "have same nose dat me have."  (Which is probably true).  Then I told him I was going to go remove my toe/nail polish (afterall, I am overdue for a self-mani/pedi) and I'd be back to check on him.  He said, "Mommy, I pick it off for you."  So sweet.  He'd rather sit and chip off my nail polish than see me leave! :)
