BIG BOYS

Today, Will is just cracking me up. Not that that is different from any other day. He wanted to drive his monster truck in the backyard today. Because it was colder than usual, I broke out the mittens and hats (which were filthy, by the way. Why did I pack them away like that? Oh yeah, I was thinking - it's spring finally, who cares?). Anyway, this pumped him up because he could be super warm AND drive. Paige and I were in the middle of a mean game of Go Fish when Will pulled up beside us and emphatically says he loves this song (playing on the radio in the monster truck). It was the Mexican station. :) It did have a catchy beat, though!
Will is also so into writing right now. However, his letters are limited to W, I, T, O, and M (Because after all, that's just a W upside down). Today I showed him his name and he FINALLY took an interest in trying it himself:

And Cole is officially 6 months old now and had a clean bill of health check up today. He slipped a little on this weight chart, though (to 40th %tile) and so we have orders to beef him up a bit. I'm cooking him a hot dog right now! :) Here is the crazy guy!

i'm with will - i like the spanish music. if you don't already have the leapster letter factory dvd, you need to get it. i only let me boys watch one t.v. (or short dvd) a day and we watched this one for almost a month solid. it really helped kenny with his letters and letter sounds.

YES! We do have that (thanks to Nicole) and he is totally into watching that now, too!

Will did a great job on his name! He looks so proud of himself. Darling pic of Cole - can't believe how he's changed since I saw him here in E'ham in July.
