See if you can picture this...

We're excited to be at a point where we are enjoying a number of days with Rich off work.  So tonight we decided to have family Wii night.  We rarely play Wii (though with winter that will increase).  Plus, Will has not really been interested in it.  However, we encouraged him to try again (not because we want him to be a gamer, but more that we want him to get used to trying something he's not good at in order to get better).

Well, it seems he has just enough coordination under his belt at the ripe old age of 4 1/2 that he and Paige were great opponents for each other in bowling, baseball, and tennis.  At one point, though, frustration did set in and Will announced he wasn't going to play anymore.  So we walked over to the table and forcefully set the Wii remote down.  Only he forgot the remote was tethered to his wrist; so when he went to storm off, it came with him.  No one could keep a straight face and he was right back to trying again - and did quite well!

LOL! Not exactly the effect you're hoping for as you're dramatically stomping away!!

Haha! Poor guy. That didn't help him get his point across.

I can totally picture that. Too funny. Remember when he was a toddler and wanted to tantrum but if he was in the kitchen, he'd waddle over the carpet before he threw himself to the floor? I could never keep a straight face then either!!
