Well, halloween was a complete success! Despite cold weather, we were out our latest ever and got a stash of candy that threatened to break Will's pumpkin bag. Today Paige categorized her candy and has a chart indicating how much of each type of candy she has left. (Note to self: "borrow" from Will's bag.) Cole was geeked to wear his train conductor outfit and acted like he totally had done this halloween thing for years - except for the going to the door part. He was happy to stay in the wagon and have Cole-friendly candy brought to him. Here are some pictures with cousin Riley as a firefighter and Renee as a sheepdog.

Sunday found us having a "mock tailgate" party in our backyard where we grilled out and played bags while watching pregame and the Bears beat the Browns. It was a little chilly, but all part of the ambiance. We're thinking of making it an annual event. Let us know if you want to be a season ticket holder! :)

The little ones decide to warm up a bit and watch a show! They were SO good all day!
But the weekend proved to be too much for Paige who is home again fighting a fever this time, along with a runny nose and headache. The latter part of this day has been better, though. Hopefully it stays that course!

Super cute pictures all around - I love the one of the tailgate kids! Thanks again for the invite - so fun!!!...we're in for season tickets! I love that Paige cataloged her candy...my kids forgot about theirs already (but sadly, Brian and I have NOT!) :)
I'm glad you had a great Halloween. I LOVE their costumes! Renee looks like a sad little sheepdog and Cole's train conductor-too cute! We're in for season tickets, too. We miss you guys.
i like how the tailgating pics of the adults and kids are almost exactly the same except for the seats:)
