- My kids think Nicole is "such a good cook"
- My husband thinks I should learn how to do this and do it

Go, Karen! There's nothing like homemade and especially applesauce! It's pretty much the same as your Dad's fried apples, just cook them till they're softer and then pulse them in a food processor or blender to the desired consistency.
i'm w/ cole...i think i could eat an entire meal of just applesauce too.
So you have experienced why I will go to GREAT lengths to get these apples! So far I haven't found another apple that makes such smooth applesauce. Each year it gets harder and harder to find lodi apples!!
