Today while walking with Will down the steps, I complimented him on what a great listener he was being today.
Will: I know dat. You know why?
Me: Why?
Will: Because I'm gettin' to be four.
Me: Oh...I'm going to LOVE four.
He also told his swim instructor that he would blow bubbles when he's four. It's going to be a big year.

I will look for a hallmark card that says happy "gettin to be" 4!
So...I have to say that literally, on the day that he turned 4, Logan became like SO much more...big boy! He started listening more and helping more. It was shocking! Will is such a doll, but 4 is going to be his best year yet! Something about it! :)
i love his reasoning! and, uh, could he please give bennett (4 years and 3+ months) a call? he hasn't received that memo.
