Mmmm...good. Until very recently, mealtime tended to be difficult with him. He never seemed to enjoy his food. Now with the introduction of "real" foods, he will sit there for quite some time! Here are some other breakthroughs: new foods (chicken nuggets, stuffing, rolls, corn, strawberries), clapping emphatically, on-demand kisses, climbing up stairs unassisted (NOT unsupervised), making a new scrunchy-nosed face that he thinks is funny. Now that he is well and enjoying his new freedoms (which may have included a couple licks of a Blow Pop tonight), it is absolutely FUN to hang out with him! Yea, Cole!

I laughed out loud at your first sentence. I love it!! I was just telling my sister the other day (while talking about introduction of new foods) that it's funny to watch them try lemons for the first time. We are SO mean!!
