Tidbits

Today Cole was lying on the ground and Will was using him for hurdling practice. I expressed that it probably wasn't the safest idea and he replied, "But I like it; it freaks him out." Nice.

Today Will came to the banister during "quiet time" to announce he had to go "pee-pees" in such a way that makes it seem like headline news. I told him to go ahead, being that he is independent at this and really doesn't even need to alert me. He runs into my bathroom to do his business for reasons that are not clear. After realizing I hadn't heard him return to his room for some time, I went up to check. He was sitting on the floor with an emery board and cotton balls stuck to the ends. He smiles and holds it up, "marshmallows on a stick!"

Today we had Paige's Kindergarten conference which went well. The teacher shared that Paige is a born leader. This is something we had heard from preschool conferences as well. My question is...leader like President of the United States? Or leader like head groupie for the Jonas Brothers? Because there's a difference.
