Kids' Traits - Where do they come from?

I'd have a million dollars if I could answer why some characteristics of children just don't appear to be from their mother OR father! Here's an example: While I wasn't shy, I was definitely cautious about who I became chatty with. Not Paige. She chooses to tell everyone from repair men that come to the house to the school bus driver every notable event in the household. While I've tried to let her know that there are certain times that are better than others to have these discussions, the need to chat gets the best of her. She's definitely going to go into a career where lots of talking is involved. And directing. Gotta love her!
